All bulk AdBlue® orders are normally delivered within 3-5 working days, pumps and accessories ordered before 4pm are generally delivered the next working day. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to International destinations.
Please note that for IBC or bulk AdBlue® orders you will need a forklift truck to unload these from our vehicle. Many of our customers are able to synchronise delivery and borrow one from an adjacent business. We do not charge a deposit for IBC’s, however these remain our property while in your possession and any damage to the IBC could be subject to a £100 charge.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
Returning an item you have purchased by mistake or still under warranty:
We will endeavour to provide as much information within the content of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. However, should you need to return any product we will allow you to do so within 14 days from delivery date. Should you need to return your order please contact us prior to returning the product, and ensure you enclose a copy of your delivery ticket with the goods. You will need to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier. We ask that you do everything possible to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition, and if possible with their original packaging. If you need to change or cancel your order let us know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE (preferably within an hour of ordering). Please double check the delivery address on your confirmation email and let us know if it is not correct. With regards to all AdBlue® IBC and 210 Litre AdBlue® drum orders, if you cancel and the order has been dispatched or if we are unable to deliver your order because of incorrect information you may be liable to a restocking fee of up to £270.

Please be aware it is the responsibility of the customer to check that the details they provide to Wavian Blue are correct. On receipt of your order confirmation, please take a moment to ensure that everything is as is should be including the delivery address. We work quickly to get your order on the way to you as soon as possible, therefore please notify us of any amendments within 1 hour of placing your order and we will try to update the details. Unfortunately if we are unable to make adjustments to your order, then you will be charged a restocking fee for the stock to be returned which will be subject to the item and up to the value of the order.
If you would like us to collect an empty IBC please ensure you remove all your own pumps and accessories from the container before the collection driver arrives. Once the container is returned it is often very difficult to retrieve it again and often it is not possible to locate it again. We can’t be held responsible or liable if you do not remove these things before collection.
