If you have taken your first step into purchasing AdBlue® in bulk and you are looking at your brand new 1000 Litre IBC of AdBlue® you may be wondering how you are going to get the AdBlue® out of the IBC and into your vehicles. Fear not, here at WavianBlue we sell a range of different AdBlue® pumps and nozzles for every budget and need.
The most basic kind of AdBlue® pump is not really a pump at all. Essentially a nozzle attached to a hose, by using the force of gravity our gravity hose kit will send your AdBlue® liquid from the IBC into your vehicle (or jerrycan). The advantage of using this system is its simplicity. With no moving parts, no power is needed and for many AdBlue® users this kind of system is ideal. Depending on requirements this kit is available to purchase with a 4 or 6m hose. The one disadvantage with this system is that it will take slightly longer for the AdBlue® to flow out and as the name suggests the kit relies on gravity to send the AdBlue® down. This means that it may be necessary to place your IBC securely on a higher level.
If you are yet to purchase an IBC then you can save money and purchase an AdBlue® Starter Kit (see below). This includes a 1000 Litre IBC complete with a manual gravity hose. Please note that your hose will be sent out separately to your IBC and may arrive before.
Premium Gravity Hose Kit w/ 4m or 6m hose (Quick Release) for AdBlue® solution£105.98 – £113.99
IBC Starter Kit (Basic) – 1000 Litre IBC + Gravity Hose for AdBlue® solution£1,066.55 inc VAT (£888.79 ex VAT)
Manual AdBlue® Pump
The next step up from a gravity hose kit is a pump that again requires no power source other than good old fashioned sweat! Actually using a manual pump (either rotary or piston style) is quite easy and both kinds of pumps are excellent value for money. Again we offer AdBlue® starter kits for both of these options if you are yet to buy an IBC, saving you money.
Electric AdBlue® Pump
If you are using your AdBlue® IBC on a regular basis, you may find that having an electrical powered pump that dispenses quickly may be the best solution for you. We have a number of options available, including a pump that can be attached to a 12v car battery or a pump that can be plugged into the mains (240v).
