Many of our AdBlue IBC customers find the most cost effective and efficient way to buy AdBlue is to purchase a 1000litre IBC (or a great value AdBlue starter kit) and refill their vehicles either directly from the IBC via a pump or by filling up empty 10 or 20 litre AdBlue containers and giving these to their drivers to take with them on their way.
Filling up empty containers with AdBlue means your drivers will always have some AdBlue liquid spare and although there is a reasonable amount of warning given when the AdBlue is running low, if one of your vehicles is on a long run it might not get them back to base safely.
On the other side of the coin, we’ve heard from drivers who say because they have so much notice when the AdBlue can often lead you to ignoring the safety alert on your dashboard until it is too late.
If your vehicle runs out of AdBlue you will not be able to start it. Having these containers in the cab or boot ready to use if needed gives great peace of mind and is also a great way to save money.
10 & 20 litre AdBlue Containers We have two sizes of container 10 & 20 Litre that have been designed specifically for the use with AdBlue liquid. The containers are high quality and hard-wearing and come complete with a plastic spout to allow easy dispensing when needed.
